Rebecca and Jan lead the stress Buster strollers this morning. They were hoping to find the Grey Phalarope which had been spotted over the weekend on the lake, but they were satisfied by spotting the equally beautiful, but more common, swans and ducks!
It was The Great Escape…for the Stress Buster strollers this month, as they escaped the rain that had fallen in torrents up until the moment they started the walk…The escapees were duly rewarded with fabulously clear views across the Bristol Channel
Ominously grey skies and chilly winds did not deter the Stress Buster strollers in their walk around the Knap gardens. Beautifully blooming peonies and tulips in a local garden brightened up the dull weather!
Cherry blossom, daffodils and fluffy white clouds greeted the Stress Buster strollers as they had a leisurely walk around the knap coastline. Spring has arrived….at least it was Spring today and we were out making the most of it!
Daffodils, swans, boats and blue skies. They all have something in common and it’s simply the Stress Buster stroll at the Knap. Who could still be stressed after a Spring walk in such a beautiful environment with lovely company?
