Extend kitchen at ground floor and extend the bedroom above to enlarge the bedroom and introduce a new ensuite. No objections<\/li>\n<li>Land South of Pound Lane, Wenvoe. (Coed Y Ffald). Proposed development in outline for up to 3 residential dwellings. This being on land within the village curtilage hence the concept was not opposed. Concerns were raised about possible increase in the flooding risk for properties lower down the slope and the increased use of the single track access road as a result of the development.<\/li>\n<li>10-12, The Old Rectory, Old Port Road. (The Old Rectory) Proposed replacement of all existing windows. The proposal is to replace all windows with new wooden framed windows of a similar design.
