Alterations to rear windows and doors.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Wenvoe Library. Field Maple<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; to remove one multi stem tree (1) as it is dangerous and to reduce the crown of the other (2) by 25%.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Station House, 1 Station Terrace<\/strong><\/em>. Loft conversion. Existing garage re-built and extended.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Brackendene, Burdonshill Lane<\/strong><\/em>, Proposed replacement outbuildings on existing equestrian manege structure.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Wrinstone Farm, Station Road East<\/strong><\/em>. Proposed 5 new stables, tack room and manege.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Whitehall Farm, St. Lythans Road<\/strong><\/em>. Reinstatement of openings on side elevation and rear gable end changed to flat roof with two new windows at first floor level<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>42, Gwern Close<\/strong><\/em>. Convert integrated garage to a habitable room, replace existing garage door with a white pvc sliding patio door and matching brickwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\uf0a8 <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em><strong>The Village Hall<\/strong><\/em><\/span> -application for the removal of the Cypress tree facing Old Port Road has been refused. There was insufficient justification to remove the amenity value tree.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The proposal for the construction of a <em><strong>New Care Home At Glenburnie<\/strong><\/em>, Port Road e, Port Road will be considered by the Vale planning committee at the end of November. The planning officers are recommending approval.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>New Library Building<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 the granting of planning permission is still awaited before a work schedule for its replacement can be developed.<\/p>\n<p>Proposals for using the <em><strong>S106 Money<\/strong><\/em> are being discussed. Certain suggestions fall outside the criteria for use of the money and a few ideas exceeded the available funds. We hope funding will allow completion of most of the rest. Please respond to the S106 article seeking additional information in relation to suggestions.<\/p>\n<p>The Council intend to reopen the <em><strong>Community Centre<\/strong><\/em> for the use by the Scouts, final discussions on\u00a0maintaining Covid-19 safety are taking place. Use of the hall by other organisations will be considered after this initial use is assessed.<\/p>\n<p>With the increased residential population in the north of the community, the Council is investigating the possibility of locating an <strong><em>Emergency Defibrillator<\/em><\/strong> in the area. The location requires free public access and an electricity supply.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Footpath 21<\/strong><\/em> from Burdons Close to Burdonshill is not signed where it leaves the road and passes between the houses; also the section to the rear of properties to the stile requires improvement.
