Coronavirus – Emergency Meeting<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

An emergency meeting of the Community Council was held on Tuesday 17th March, with the sole purpose of discussing actions to be taken to address consequences of the Coronavirus. The Council did not meet again for the March meeting. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Community Centre will be closed, although available by request. The Council Clerk, Claire Harlow, will not be available for face-to-face contact with the public, but can be contacted at the usual times by phone or by email. <\/span><\/p>\n

It was agreed that help should be offered to the Wenvoe community, particularly to anyone who is unable to leave the house. The Neighbourhood Watch organisation has been asked to provide contacts to make it easy for anyone to ask for help. (see Front Cover). <\/i>Some schemes have already started via social media, but it is important to remember that not everyone is online. It is so important that we look after each other in these difficult times.<\/span><\/p>\n
