The Carers Trust Wales<br \/>\nbelieves that 3 in 5 of us will become a carer at<br \/>\nsome point in our lives.<br \/>\nThe Carers walk will be a gentle stroll which will<br \/>\noffer Carers a chance to exercise, meet people and<br \/>\nenjoy fresh air. Hopefully the walks will support<br \/>\ncarers to live happy and fulfilling lives for themselves,<br \/>\nand give them renewed energy for their role<br \/>\nas a carer.<br \/>\nIf you are interested in joining this group, the walk<br \/>\nwill take place on the last Thursday of every month<br \/>\nat 10:30am. We will meet outside Barry Island train<br \/>\nstation and the walk will last between 45 to 60<br \/>\nminutes.
