\nused in Wenvoe are made from recycled and recyclable materials

\nWe would like to record our appreciation for the efforts that Phil and his team went to, to prevent our much-loved electric fire from being deposited in the
\n“Electrical Recycling” bin. We had bought this appliance which has the
\nappearance of a cast iron log burner about 10 years ago. It was not cheap at the time but as well as giving heat it also gave the realistic appearance of logs burning. And then it suddenly didn’t.
\nWe spoke to the manufacturer who gave the customary short intake of breath which signalled: “sorry mate, old model, no spares, cannot be repaired, new one cracking on for a grand”. But thankfully, Phil thought he knew differently and took the unit away. Within a matter of a few days he had diagnosed the problem, purchased a suitable alternative for what proved to be a faulty fan for not much more than a tenner and returned the appliance to us. I will speak to Ken to offer a suitable donation to the wonderful work that the Repair Caf\u00e9 does.
