We set about clearing part of Pound Lane and a great effort by the team was rewarded by an encounter with Sifu An Ni, a Tai Chi instructor, who saw the state we were in and said she could help. So the not so old amongst us wheelbarrowed the elders over the road to a safe place, where An Ni put us through some basic movements.<\/p>\n
