\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span>CHILDREN’S CORNER<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n VALENTINE\u2019S BIRD FEEDERS <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n These decorations can be eaten by birds and contain ingredients you may already have in store cupboards or can be easily purchased from local shops. <\/span><\/p>\n 200g porridge oats <\/span><\/p>\n 400ml water <\/span><\/p>\n 120g lard, melted <\/span><\/p>\n 1 50g of seeds \u2013 pumpkin, unsalted peanuts, sunflower seeds etc <\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Mix porridge oats and water together and microwave on high for 1\u00bd minutes<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Stir the melted lard into the mixture and add any seeds\/nuts and leave to cool. <\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Once cool scoop into balls \u2013 golf ball size is ideal.
