Side and rear extensions. Approved.<\/li>\n<li>The Walled Garden. Approval sought to extend existing permission for an extension. Approved<\/li>\n<li>Burger King. Culverhouse Cross Retail Park. Recladding and new signage. Approved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The area around the new Hub patio has now been reseeded while some of the surrounding trees have been cutback to prevent encroachment into neighbouring properties. Discussions are taking place with the owner of the adjacent \u2018conifer\u2019 hedge in an attempt to reach an agreement on the way forward over this rather unsightly area.<\/p>\n<p>A request has been received to allow a fast-food van to be sited in the Community Centre car park for several hours a day. After discussion on the impact this would have on parking facilities, Council rejected the proposal.<\/p>\n<p>Following the Vale Council decision to close some facilities at the Alps, the Hub has agreed to take over the distribution of recycling bags and boxes once they have storage facilities.
