We are not providing a breakdown as it is<br \/>\nnot clear if all or only some of the incidents at<br \/>\nCulverhouse Cross actually fall into the WCC area.<br \/>\nIn addition, it is also not apparent if some of the<br \/>\nother incidents quoted are actually crimes or ASBs.<br \/>\nPlanning Applications<br \/>\n7 Orchard Close. Roof conversion to form additional<br \/>\nbedrooms. No objection<br \/>\nThe Laurels. 6 Walston Rd. A rear extension, partly<br \/>\n2 storey, and partly single storey above an existing<br \/>\nsingle storey. No objection.<br \/>\nPlanning Update<br \/>\n19 Heol Draenen. Rear extension. Approved<br \/>\nThe Council noted that the new patio alongside the<br \/>\nHub has now been completed. Plans are being made<br \/>\nto obtain quotes for the installation of traffic bollards<br \/>\nat the front of the Hub and the designation of some<br \/>\ndisabled parking bays on the site. It is also proposed<br \/>\nto to undertake some work to upgrade the storage<br \/>\nsheds. Action is also being taken to review the<br \/>\ncondition of various trees on the site.<br \/>\nCouncil also considered the need for new Notice<br \/>\nBoards at St Lythans and Dyffryn and quotes will be<br \/>\nsought.<br \/>\nWRAC (Wenvoe Rural Affairs Committee)<br \/>\nAn update was provided over the Cadoxton flooding<br \/>\ncatchment area and the importance of Wenvoe to the<br \/>\nproposed remedial scheme.
