IT’S AN INVITATION TO THE OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE NEW BUILDING<\/span><\/strong>
\nThis new building has provided us with the ability to achieve our vision of setting up<\/span>
\nTHE WENVOE COMMUNITY HUB<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Let us tell you what\u2019s occurring (ref Gavin and Stacey).<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

  • Our community library goes from strength to strength. Since opening, we have a 9% increase in new registrations<\/li>\n
  • Our activities already established and popular are: Clwb Clonc, Silver Foxes, Stitches, School Liaison<\/li>\n
  • Our proposed activities are Storytime and Singalong sessions for babies and toddlers, IT sessions, genealogy sessions, language conversation sessions, a new book club and evening HUB talks. Don’t forget we are always open to ideas.<\/li>\n
  • The cafe is well and truly open offering a range of hot drinks and a biscuit. We are continuously investigating how we can offer a wider range of goods.<\/li>\n
  • We have an established Liaison Committee with Wenvoe Community Council. Regular meetings with an exchange of ideas enables us to offer a seamless service for the village. Exciting times for Wenvoe.<\/li>\n
  • Don’t forget this wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated team of volunteers. How about joining us. We look forward to welcoming you all on May the 21st 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Our volunteers will be available to show you around the new building. The official opening ceremony is at 2:30 PM. See you soon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
