Put the parsley, hazelnuts, parmesan and lemon zest and juice in a food processor and whiz to a paste. With the motor running, gradually drizzle in the olive oil. Season, if you like with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Drain pasta and return to pan and stir in the pesto.
