Opening Of The New Building

IT’S AN INVITATION TO THE OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE NEW BUILDING
This new building has provided us with the ability to achieve our vision of setting up
THE WENVOE COMMUNITY HUB

Let us tell you what’s occurring (ref Gavin and Stacey).

• Our community library goes from strength to strength. Since opening, we have a 9% increase in new registrations
• Our activities already established and popular are: Clwb Clonc, Silver Foxes, Stitches, School Liaison
• Our proposed activities are Storytime and Singalong sessions for babies and toddlers, IT sessions, genealogy sessions, language conversation sessions, a new book club and evening HUB talks. Don’t forget we are always open to ideas.
• The cafe is well and truly open offering a range of hot drinks and a biscuit. We are continuously investigating how we can offer a wider range of goods.
• We have an established Liaison Committee with Wenvoe Community Council. Regular meetings with an exchange of ideas enables us to offer a seamless service for the village. Exciting times for Wenvoe.
• Don’t forget this wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated team of volunteers. How about joining us. We look forward to welcoming you all on May the 21st 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Our volunteers will be available to show you around the new building. The official opening ceremony is at 2:30 PM. See you soon.
